Speed Test Plus is a free, browser-based internet speed testing tool that measures download speed, upload speed, ping latency, and jitter. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

- Use the service to attack, overload, or disrupt our test servers
- Automate or script tests in a way that creates excessive load
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the service

4. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, speed test results are approximations influenced by many factors including network conditions, device capability, Wi-Fi interference, and server availability. Results should not be considered as guaranteed measurements of your ISP's performance.
Speed Test Plus results should not be used as the sole basis for legal claims against internet service providers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of Speed Test Plus is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
6. Third-Party Services
Speed Test Plus uses third-party services (including Cloudflare for speed testing and Google for advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements. We strive to ensure ads are non-intrusive and do not interfere with the speed test functionality, in compliance with Google AdSense policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Speed Test Plus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate test results or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
